What is the solvent and solute of whipped cream?

Whipping cream isn't a solution, it's a suspension of butterfat in water. When you whip it, you are beating air into the suspension which changes its physical form.

Thus, whipped cream isn't a solution. None of the physical constants related to solutions apply either whipping cream or whipped cream.
